An Update on Gardening

Last Sunday, I planted a whole bunch of seeds in pots. Please see the Gardening entry on March 15. Well the first little seeds are sprouting. I'm so excited since some of these seeds are from last year. The first ones to sprout? Collards. I bet most of you don't even know what collards are! Well they are these huge green leaves that grow more than a foot long and are used for well, boiled collards with ham or corned beef. Very Southern. So yep the collards are sprouting. Hope is in the air!
