Mom's 87th Birthday Bash

 
 
 
 


As you can see we had a lot of fun at Mom's 87th birthday party and I think she was the happiest of all. While swinging away on the hammock she is chatting away with her granddaughter, Annie,who called her from Rochester to wish her a Feliz Cumpleanos.

Today I will try a little bit of oil painting because I want my colors to shine. If I had used Linseed oil, I wonder if the greens and the turquoise might have sparkled like a gem. Imagine that! I'm going to go back and experiment and let you know.
