Surprised by a movie. I thought it would be a bad choice, though I had seen the preview to Spanglish, I really didn't know what to expect, since Adam Sandlers movies can and often are a little racy and sometimes fall into the realm of vulgarity, depending who it is targeting, but I was touched, pleased, and surprised of how well presented and interwoven the various themes of love, love of money, the juxaposition between the rich and the poor, the importance of values, and the importance of family, responsibility, and affection and the obvious, illegal immigration and its struggle. Excellent movie to watch. So genuine and tender and honest. Loved it. Great job, Adam!
